This lovely Villa on Fairways Village is very spacious and has been beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. It has a very large fitted kitchen and dining area, a spacious lounge with French doors leading out on to the large rear terrace and garden consisting of a patio area with plenty of garden furniture, a grassed lawn surrounded by borders of tropical trees, shrubs and flowers and a barbecue.
The master bedroom with double bed has an ensuite bathroom and there is a separate shower room. The two twin bedrooms both have French doors leading out to the rear terrace and garden. The kitchen consists of a full size oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. The lounge consists of a three-piece suite, satellite television and video recorder. There is also a washing machine concealed in the hallway cupboard.
To the front of the Villa there is a small patio area along with a grassed lawned garden, flower borders with shrubs and tropical trees. The Villa also has a small private roof terrace with sunbeds, and from here you can see magnificent views of the mountains including the famous Mount Teide, golf course and Atlantic Ocean.
Fairways is just like a little village, hence the name, it is also very serene and quiet. There are many people who permanently live here, most being English, and you’ll often meet them in the “Oasis” pool bar, where you can enjoy a breakfast, snacks and evening meals along with the special Sunday barbecues and delicious roast dinners. Also at the “Oasis” you’ll find full satellite coverage of all live matches. In the village there are 3 swimming pools and an English supermarket.
The main square full of shops, bars and places to eat is about a 10-15 minute walk. In the evenings there are live cabaret acts in the square. The next village along from the Golf del Sur is ‘Los Abrigos’ and there you’ll find the best fish restaurants on the island, this is a typical Canarian fishing village with its own little harbour.
The golf course surrounds Fairways Village and many keen golfers tend to book their holidays here due to the Village being so close. This is a Championship golf course and has three 9 hole links courses.
