This ocean frontline 2 bedroom Apartment is ideal if you want a quiet relaxing holiday. The large balcony/terrace looks directly over the Atlantic Ocean and therefore has absolutely wonderful views of the sea and coastline. You can really chill out and relax with a few drinks sitting out here in the sunshine watching and listening to the trickle of the waves splashing against the shoreline.
The Apartment is located in an end detached block of 3 and is on the top floor with around a dozen steps leading up to the front door. To the back of the Apartment there are breathtaking mountain views. It has 2 bedrooms, a double bed in one and twin beds in the second bedroom. The owner has had an extension built where there is a 3-piece suite along with dining table and chairs, this leads out to the balcony with the fabulous views. In the lounge there is a double sofa bed suitable for sleeping children under 12 years, a separate double settee, television, video recorder with plenty of videos supplied, a hi-fi system and French doors leading to the extension. There is a small utility room containing an iron, ironing board and a toilet. There is also a safe in the Apartment.
Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing clubhouse where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways. A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulness of this quiet resort of Amarilla Golf.
