Sunningdale Village is very popular with families. All the Villas are surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and small lane-like streets lined with pretty flowers, grass and tropical trees, perfectly safe for children as there is no traffic within these lanes. The Villa itself is in a very quiet and serene part of the village, although just a very short walk away is the bustling swimming pool area where you will find a play park for children, a bar/restaurant with evening entertainment, pool tables, table tennis and a mini football table. Step just outside the swimming pool area and there is a supermarket, car hire office and a children’s mini-club.

The Villa is very spacious and bright with a very large lounge/dining area with double patio doors leading to the front terrace, a separate kitchen with washing machine and door leading to both front and rear terraces, 2 twin bedrooms both with patio doors leading on to the back terrace and a bathroom. There is an open plan stairway leading to the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom also has patio doors leading on to the roof terrace, this roof terrace can also be accessed via a separate door at the top of the landing.

The Villa is furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard with leather settees, reclining chair, a multi CD hi fi system, satellite TV along with many ornaments and plants giving it a feel of ‘home’. The roof terrace with wonderful views is equipped with sunbeds and a canopy for those long hot sunny days. The front terrace has table, chairs and sunbeds which is open to the sun whereas the rear terrace is shaded by a wooden rooftop and is equipped with two sets of tables and chairs and a barbecue.
