This beautiful luxury detached Villa is set in an extremely quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ holiday. Alongside the private swimming pool there is a sheltered front terrace facing on to the garden consisting of flowers, shrubs and tropical trees. Sunbeds are provided along with table, chairs and a barbecue.

The Villa is very spacious and has a large lounge with French doors leading out to the swimming pool. It has a fully fitted well-equipped kitchen, including fridge/freezer and washing machine. In the lounge/diner there is a dining table and chairs to seat six, three double settees, satellite television, video recorder and a hi-fi system. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds. The Villa has one bathroom and a shower room, it also has a safe. This Villa is capable of sleeping eight people but we really prefer six at any one time although children under 12 would be considered for sleeping on the sofa beds.

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing clubhouse where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways. A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulness of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

Location 
15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential for this area.

Beverages/Linen Change
A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels and linen change once a week. Beach towels not provided – please bring your own with you.

Caretakers
The caretakers, who look after this Villa and others on La Quinta, will be there to greet you on your arrival and provide you with the keys.

Car Hire 
A car is essential for this Villa. Car hire can be arranged. Details provided upon booking.

Xmas and New Year weeks 2003 – £825 per week up to 6 people and £925 per week for 7/8 people. Two week bookings only, commencing either Friday 19th or Sunday 21st December.
