Ocean Golf & Country Club is a brand new development and has three swimming pools on two levels, one being a children’s pool. The Apartment is on the 1st floor but due to the complex having been built on a hill. The balcony is high up giving absolutely wonderful views of the ocean and golf course. On a clear day the outline of Gran Canary can be seen along with Tenerife’s famous Red Rock, appropriately named as it turns a beautiful rich deep red colour, as it heats up in the sunshine.
The Apartment has one bedroom with twin beds, fully tiled bathroom, a beautiful fully fitted kitchen and a fairly spacious lounge with a double sofa bed, Sky satellite television and patio doors leading onto the balcony. There is a spiral staircase leading up to the solarium/rooftop sun terrace, which also has magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and golf course.
There are bars, restaurants, and supermarkets just a couple of minute’s walk away. The new marina is also close by and the main square of the Golf del Sur, San Blas, is less than a 10-minute walk. Where you will find plenty of activity going on in the evenings with entertainment out in the open, such as cabaret acts and sing alongs. There is also an abundance of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops in the square.
