This beautiful luxury detached Villa is set in an extremely quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ holiday. To the front and side of the private swimming pool there are garden areas consisting of flowers, shrubs and tropical trees along with views of the Atlantic Ocean.  The grounds surrounding the swimming pool consist of sunbeds, patio table and chairs and a barbecue.

The Villa is very spacious with a large bright and airy lounge and kitchen, and has 3 sets of French doors leading out to the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge has two double settees, satellite television, video and a mini hi-fi system. Both bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom and a shower room. The Villa is capable of sleeping six people but we really prefer four at any one time although children under 12 would be considered for sleeping on extra beds, which can be supplied. The Villa also has a safe.

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing clubhouse where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways. A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulness of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential for this area.

Beverages/Linen Change
A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels and linen change once a week. Beach towels not provided – please bring your own with you.

Caretakers
The caretakers, who look after this Villa and others on La Quinta, will be there to greet you on your arrival and provide you with the keys.

Car Hire 
A car is essential for this Villa. Car hire can be arranged. Details provided upon booking.
