This superb Apartment has been totally refurbished and professionally designed to the highest standard and includes a brand new bathroom and kitchen. It has purposely been designed as a comfortable and homely Apartment for long stays for the mature couple containing all the facilities required for long stay holidays.
The main items provided within the Apartment are full size oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, satellite television, video recorder, hi-fi system, dining table & chairs and a comfortable 3 seater settee (important for long stays).
The spacious lounge has patio doors lined with net curtains for extra privacy, and leads on to the balcony overlooking the large swimming pool.
The balcony has a small garden area planted with lovely tropical flowers and cacti.
The bedroom is set in a large alcove with pretty designed curtains and a matching pleated pelmet separating the bedroom from the lounge. These curtains also match the main lounge curtains on the patio doors.
The new bathroom has been beautifully designed with matching patterned wall tiles and features a modern marble topped vanity unit, with a spot lit mirror above.
The new fitted kitchen units are of an unusual unique colour blending in with the lemon painted decor and a contrasting worktop.
A lot of care and thought has gone into the whole design of this Apartment, by the designer in a simple but homely way, in order to make it completely different to a typical short stay holiday let expected of a studio Apartment.
This 5 star Apartment is situated on the 1st floor of the Green Park complex of Golf del Sur, where you will find many facilities including a supermarket, snack bar, and various other bars on the complex. Although the Apartment is considered to be 5 star the complex itself is classed as a 3 key Aparthotel.

Two sets of linen and towels are provided per person, beach towels are also provided. All laundry to be undertaken by yourselves.
Bookings
The bookings taken on this Apartment are for a minimum of one month stays. A returnable holding deposit of £200 in GBP cash is required upon arrival for any damage to the Apartment. This holding deposit will be returned upon a satisfactory inspection of the Apartment just prior to your departure. Any damage or breakages incurred would be deducted from the holding deposit. Periodical inspections will be made by a representative of OPM Ltd from time to time on long stays.
Rates per Calendar Month for Apartment
Up to 2 People £650
The rental periods for this Apartment are per calendar month commencing on the 1st day of the month and expiring on the last day of the month irrelevant of arrival and departure dates.
Please Note: No pets or children allowed
Deposits
The deposit of 50% is required to secure your holiday dates for this Apartment, as follows:
1 month = £325 2 months = £650 3 months = £975
4 months = £1300 5 months = £1625 6 months = £1950
